Shipping & payment ships throughout the USA, from manufacturer directly to your home or preferred location. We process and ship orders Monday – Friday, in heavy duty, secure and custom-built crates to ensure safety. For shipping, we engage top rated carriers with excellent track records and economical rates. Standard lead time from the time an order is received until it is shipped is 1-3 weeks, depending on product type. Once your order has been shipped, a customer service representative will send you a confirmation and tracking number.

At Builder’s Door Outlet, we accept all major credit cards, personal or business checks, money orders or certified cashiers’ checks. Credit card payment is captured securely over the phone, customer service can assist you with other forms of payment.


Here at BDO, we take pride in our packaging capabilities, we custom build every crate to ensure that your merchandise arrives undamaged and on time. Once the merchandise has been loaded onto the truck the merchandise becomes the property of the shipping company. Therefore, it is crucial when your package arrives that you inspect any damage, please be sure to open the package and list the damage on the shipping receipt. Please be sure to file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify us of the claim and damages. We will then assist you throughout the entire claims process.

On the rare occasion that you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of your invoice date to notify us of the matter. We will issue you a return authorization, and we will cover the shipping costs to and from you as our apology for the issue.
